Accountant

Job Summary:

A highly qualified Accountant to manage financial reporting, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the accounting records

- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management

- Develop and implement financial processes and procedures

- Ensure internal controls and risk management

- Coordinate audits and financial reporting

Qualifications and Skills:

- Diploma in Accounting or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA)

- At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the mining industry

- Excellent leadership and management skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
